Ken Grady

Ken is the SVP & CIO of IDEXX Laboratories, one of the top performing companies on the S&P 500. In addition to his responsibility for global technology decisions and delivery, Ken also leads the Reference Labs Technical Operations & Innovation team, as well as the IDEXX Bioanalytics business.

Ken serves on the board of GRAX, an innovative software start up, and has served for the past several years as the Chairman of the Board of Educate Maine. Ken has lived and worked on both coasts of the US, as well as Europe, and leads a global and diverse team of several hundred colleagues around the world.

Before entering technology and industry, Ken served for several years active duty in the US Army as an Arabic translator.

Ken’s passion for building a culture of respect, gratitude, and where creativity flourishes has continued to grow over the years. Leading technology teams in life sciences tickles his curiosity on more than one front - innovating in impactful ways, surrounded by smart people, and learning every day how work can impact the human condition.

Seth Rigoletti

Seth is a leadership and communication coach with over 10 years experience working with CEOs, politicians, scientists, authors and doctors to help them not only communicate more clearly but also more authentically.

A former actor and teacher, Seth’s approach to coaching is to help his clients cut through the noise and confusion and become better communicators by showing them how to connect who they are to the message they need to deliver.

Seth focuses on using personal growth as a tool for growing one’s influence and managing change. As one client put it, “Seth has this uncanny ability to make you feel comfortable with being uncomfortable.” His specialty is helping people communicate their excellence effectively and passionately by finding and embracing their genuine voice.

Using an intuitive style and a variety of acting-based techniques, Seth is able to guide people away from old patterns and into a new, more genuine, confident and resonant style of communication.
